The
pretty village of Tolox (40 km. from Málaga) is
the starting point for this excursion, lasting some four
hours and of average difficulty. You go towards the Piloncillo
on a pathway, to then follow the course of the river Horcajos.
The walk through poplars and Spanish firts is very relaxing,
after which the Cañada de las Carniceras, of imposing
physiognomy and height, is reached.

dirigirse al Piloncillo por un sendero, para seguir después
el cauce del río de Los Horcajos. El paseo entre

se llega a la Cañada de Las Carnicerías,
